    can sinusitis cause pneumonia

    I have had a sinus infection for 8-9 weeks, 3 courses of sntibiotics without it clearing.

      I don't believe so, as sinusitis is more or less just the medical term for inflamed sinuses. However, it doesn't rule out having pnuemonia, and it being attributable to the individual physically being in a rundown state.
