    Require accom from1/2/2012 - 1/3/2012 - no stairs for elderly couple - reasoable rates

    House settlement date 1/2/12 and require accomadation at reasonable rates for month period when retirement home accom becomes available.  Email to gloriabobjob@bigpond.com.  Note house in previous rental guide at 19 Esplanade, V/Harbor. Is this available and if so fees etc.
