Were I in the situation, having been married legally…copy your marriage certificate and send that…any other response is prying into your relationship in order to gain enough variations in your responses to be able to make their case against you. You are married, as a US citizen you have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer their prying questions based on your 10th amendment rights….you are under no obligation to answer any question that may incriminate you or that may be used against you. Having gained citizenship through marriage does not exempt you from a need to know and understand our laws.
