      Yes. He is for cold fusion where we can create our own energy for heating and electricity. Cold fusion is safer than nuclear energy and will remove us from our oil dependency from foreign nations.

          Home heating and lighting will. We have enough oil in the United States that we could drill for oil for your car. We would not need to buy oil from other countries.
