I have often wished I had a phone service or phone capable of blocking unwanted calls. This is something the phone manufacturers should focus on next. If I'm paying for the phone service, I should be able to dictate who I want calling me. After all, it's not exactly like some telemarketer is paying for me to have phone service...so, it's not really a freedom of speech issue, it's about controlling a service I pay for. I am 100% in agreement with you!
