    Using a double adaptor for two 1200W appliances, does that halve the electrical output

    When using a double adaptor connected to a 240V outlet, for two 1200W appliances, does that mean 600W goes to each appliance, or 1200W goes to each appliance?

    A 1200 watt appliance should have a dedicated line with nothing else plugged into it.

    Does the fact that your car has duel exhausts, double you fuel mileage?   ;)
