            if you are on well water you will need a water softner for you home. use liquid fab softner.

              Put a fabric softer in the wash and then add a dryer sheet to the dryer. That should fluff them up.

                      i guess you have not experienced fluffy new towels. They are FLUFFY!

                      I love new towels bt you must wash them before use make sure you use fabric conditioner
