Why does my computer block out parts of a page being viewed? How do I correct this?

You may have a program on your toolbar that blocks adds, and pop ups. It is red, the only way to rid yourself of this if you have it, is to get a new toolbar. You can get a new toolbar from Yahoo, that doesn't include the ghostery or what ever program does this.

I had the same problem and had to click onto options to allow the site, or allow the site temporarily. It looks like a snake with a red circle with a line through it correct?
hit the ctrl and alt key together or unblock it
