        People in San Luis Obispo are wealthy. The students are wealthy. It's just a shame that there's so much homelessnes there.

        Itsme, no I have not. If it is such a wealthy county then they schould built more low-income housing. The lack of housing is the biggest cause of homelessness. It is sad to say the least.
