Smacked my leg off the tub, 2 weeks in a row. The second time it really hurt bad, the bruising is almost gone, but I have a big lump on front of leg, could this be a blood clot? Doesn't hurt.

I doubt it's a blood clot. It's probably just swelling, retention of fluid as the leg tries to heal. Stop smacking it!
