The liver. It does three main things: helps digest stuff, make proteins, and gets rid of bad stuff.
So it's your body's TSA or boarder patrol, it will not let foreign matter into your system that could harm it. It directs all nutrients to their proper places and allows access to the body all that is good for the body.
