      Like Collen said, he needs to be checked by an optometrist or an  ophthalmologist, was there a reason you waited so long?

        OK, I just read this again, this is a homework question isn't it? I certainly hope you are not studying to be a pediatrician and asking others to do your assignments for you....

            Isn't this a ridiculous question, opoku?  Have you never heard of an eye doctor?  This is rather an important issue to be asking the general public on a forum!!!!    DOCTOR....NOW.
