i did this but nothings changed i have restarted laptop also i thought about putting laptop back to factory settings but wld rather see if i can sort it out 1st i'm not great withthis sorta thing thankyou just found problem it was because i had karaoke on realtek audio manager stoopid daft me thanks4help happy new year:D
You have to go in and make sure you remove everything that this spotify brought in with it into your computer sometimes those downloads embed things into your computer and you have to find and delete them .
