Well Pal, you might want to re-examine your question. I say this, as it is not a question, but just a fragment of a sentence. How do you expect someone to answer that? It's not even a complete statement! Call or contact tech support for your computer or try the microsoft site. They should be able to help or send a needed update to fix your problem.
