First of all pike are one type of fish that, because of their makeup, carry polution (bad chemical compounds and heavy metals) so, eat at your own risk!!! Second, they aren't too tasty. Third, Doolitle doesn't care for this type of question (poor pike!) Finally, a small pike can be filleted like most other fish. A large pike should be cut into large pieces- called steaks (like a tuna or salmon "steak"). Please honor the fish by saying a brief eulogy and a praise of thanks to God for providing your dinner!!!
