The biggest worry is the tiny bones- they can scrape the inestinal lining and cause bleeding. This is rare. Please read Colleens advice (above) and if you see any blood in the dog's stools (aka poop) or it's stools are very dark blackish brown or black that is a sign of bleeding. Doolittle, of course, hopes that your dog stays well!

It they make it through the bone without shoking.. that is the first step... After that you need to be concerned about an impacted intestineal tract.. Chicken bones do not brake down like other things the dog eats... You may see white stool that is almost cement like.. It so.. Take the dog to the vet.. .He will need to be treated.
