I don't have stock in them. But, I honestly think their policies in how they treat their customers is probably fueling their difficulties. They are the forerunners in figuring out ways to charge their customers for basic things that other banks don't.

My mom has been a B/A customer for over 60 years. They have become increasingly unhelpful, mercenary, and unsatisfactory, especially over the last 4-5 years.
