    we have an 18 lb turkey,how long will it take to cook in a gas cooker oven and at what temp?

      18 minutes a pound at 180degrees c in a fan oven

        It depends on how many pounds it is.Roast in oven at 325 degrees.8-12 pounds would be 3.5 to 4.5 hours. hope this helps.Good luck and merry xmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
