      What is via Alt.? This is akaQA, we are not hotmail so please explain so we can understand.

        Are you sure you are supposed to have those? I never did. What would you use them for in an email program?

          That's why I asked for more info. I'm not sure if somehow something is over riding the browser. I wish people understood their computers better. It would make our lives easier when trying to help them.
