    how long does a cast have to stay on for a achilles rupture without surgery.

    Has a mid thigh cast for 2 weeks then below the knee with foot at 45 degree for another 2 weeks. Now my foot is at 90 degree with a walking cast and this one has been on for 3 weeks. Seven weeks so far in a cast.
