You should have bluetooth on the your blackberry and your computor should pick this up and the black berry will pick up the computor and then zink them together this might not work as you still might have to go into settings on the blackberry and it should say something about contacts then it should say send to computor if that dosent work get intouch with blackberry or your phone provider
