Sorry, we do not have any lawyers here but I can tell you that there are no passes to go visiting family if you are incarcerated. It's even hard to be able to take a day to go to the funeral of a family member that has passed away. Even if this was possible, you would have had to start the process earlier this year. I know this is depressing news to you but your nephew will not be able to join you for Christmas.
