      Meditation. Clear your mind and concentrate on the inner eye. Deep slow breathing and no thoughts. Just allow your focus to remain where your third eye is and look for the light. Ask for a spiritual protector before doing this.

        Do you do that Colleen? Must be dangerous if you need a spiritual protector. Is the protector a real person or something you find through meditation.

        Yes, I do this. Yes, it can be dangerous if you step out and another soul steps in. You might not be able to get back into your body again if this happens. The protector (guardian) is a spiritual master. A Soul chosen by God to protect and instruct Souls that are learning and exploring in the reality outside of the earthly realm.

          Me, neither. I would hope it has 20/20 vision. Sounds a bit scary to me....don't know if I am ready to reveal myself to me.
