Go here http://speedtest.net/ Click "start test" when it's finished click "share this result" It will then give your internet speed a grade. Mine is 82% better than the rest of the nation and my internet speed got an A+. That's the type of report it gives.

You can check the speed of your Charter Internet by doing a speed test in ScanmySpeed.com . They will show your Upload and Download Speed .Try the extended speed scan to get accurate speed test results.
