       Step #1; Grasp your monitor firmly in both hands.


      Step #2; Rotate clockwise 180 degrees.


      Step #3; Place monitor firmly on desk top & secure in place with gaffer tape to ensure it cant do somersaullts again.

                  You know, I had the same symptoms a couple weeks ago, everything was distorted, my wife called 911 they took me to hospital, there they done test found nothing (Not surprised though).
