    i want to speak to a service representative

    I have a paid subscription with Pogo and i had a problem with my email account , jenice1956@att.net, so i had  to make a new one jenice1231@comcast.net,  to i couldn't get my emails to upload so i had to make a new email address, i talked to a rep. here 2 days ago and she set my account up under jenice1231@comcast but now i don't have any of my tokens or gems, can't we just leave it under foxyladyy1115 so i have my tokens and gems but change my email address to jenice1231@comcast.net, thank you

    Sorry Simon, but you are on the akaQA site. You need to contact Comcast (or Pogo). That "Ask a Question" button at the top of your screen will not take you to their sites.

    Contact EA Sports, they own Pogo and handle the billing. 1-650-628-4322
