    why is my 3 year old son haveing a har time talking

    he is in speech classes and has i speech leavle of a 19 month old

    This is best discussed with his pediatrician and speech therapist. We do not have a medical staff here. Perhaps you should consider a psychologist too.

    think you that makes alot of since the speech teacher works at my doughters school and she has no clue

    You need a second opinion then. Get a new doctor. You may need a specialist.

    He could be a late developer. I didn't talk until I was 5, when I complained about going to school. i was asked why I just started to talk "now". I explained that everything had been just fine until then.

    Sometimes a child is born with a piece of tissue under his tongue that will not allow his tongue to move properly. This is simply called "Tongue tied". I am sure he has been checked for this, but check for yourself.  Compare it to your own by lifting your tongue to your upper lip.
