This is a criminal offence to marry someone that is legally married to another person.It is called Bigamy.

Hey dumb ass...do you see what she is presently doing to her husband. Well, there's a 99% chance she'll be doing the very same thing to you in awhile. To be so infatuated with someone else's wife that you consider attempting to establish an an engagement with this woman, tells me you don't even grasp the concept of marriage. All I can say is, sarcasticly speaking,  perhaps you two are deserving of each other!

You can become engaged to a million people who are married, however be mindful that you may be waiting forever for that persons divorce if ever,  think about how long you are willing to wait, plus it is considered adultery and if you engage in intercourse you will become and adulterous, think about this with your heart, not your mind.
