Use tofu instead of meat in just about any recipe. Try it in salads and stir fries and soups. It is delicious....

Ohhh! jh, I was so looking forward to our meal. Afraid I,ll have to cancel, washing my hair that night, so sorry...lol..KOTF.
Tofu is great but not substitute for a good steak. I'll grill one for you should you ever make it to Texas along with a baked potato with all the fixings......Keep your hair clean..........Julie
