Can`t help with location but can help others who may no know what High Tea is.
High Tea is a very upmarket version of afternoon tea.
You are served tiny delicious sandwiches and tasty pastries and other gourmet delights.
This is a big favourite with the ladies who real love the social interaction and of course the "goodies"
I had High Tea in Culzean Castle in Scotland on one of my visits and on my most recent visit in October my daughter and I had High Tea near London Bridge.

Thanks PL, I think she's on her own with this. None of the tea houses are listing that they have high tea.
