    Sea Salt Potato Chips

    stay away from red meat eat lots of fish like macrel and cut out the salt and any food that is fried eats lots of fruit and veg salads are good and take up walking

    All I know is that I was told no salt ( nope, none) there are salt substitutes but the ones Ive tried aren't  nearly as good as sea or rock salt, herbs and lemon juice etc help a little with flavor instead of salt
