      5 2/3  ÷  3/9 =


      1. Change the 5 2/3 to an improper fraction:


      5*3+2 = 17/3 


      2. Take the reciprocal of 3/9:


      9/3


      3. Multiply: 17/3 x 9/3 


                           17/3 x 3 = 51/3 = 17
