Yes, there are. You can get a co-author or someone who checks what you've written, or even someone to help you do the necessary research.
There are agencies for that, or you can ask me (apart from being a musician, I am also a freelance writer). :)

I have not written books for others so far (I have begun one for myself), but I have written essays, theatre monologues, songs, revised movie scripts, and written scripts for computer based learning programs.
