      Make sure there's gas, you have your registration, license and proof of insurance. Open the door, get in, buckle up, buckle in the kid(s) if applicable,put the key in the ignition (unless you have a keyless ignition), breathe into the device that measures your alcohol level (if you have one) and lets you start the car, if applicable,look all around you, put it in reverse if backing out and/or in drive.Oh, don't forget to activate the GPS because you don't know whether you're coming or going!
