      Make him/single. Never settle for less than what you deserve.

        It is called get a divorce and move on and find yourself a better life.

            I've looked at your four questions.  You should, too.  How would you respond to those questions if they were asked by somebody else?  


            Your spouse doesn't want to continue the relationship.  It may be a temporary glitch, but your best course of action is to facilitate the separation.  Help her pack and DON'T follow her to her new place.  


            As I keep saying, get into therapy. This is going to be a painful journey.
