A good website begins with what does the person who owns it want to get out of it. If thy want new prospects then they must ask, is this working. If they want it to be a glorified brochure with little selling opportunity, then that is another thing.
For me, a great site is one that generates new concrete fresh leads and makes me money without me personally selling. It also develops a pipeline of future prospects that I have an opportunity to sell to later. hope this helps.
