      It's been full and with a halo (ring around the moon) the last 2 nights. I took these pictures 2 nights ago but could not fit the full halo into the shot. Sorry, picture quality is not every good but you can just make out the halo.

        What does that halo around it mean ? .......a lot of moisture in the atmosphere ?

            It's been full lately ( Dec 10th ) but also on Dec 9th and part of Dec 10th, there's suppposed to be a '' red moon'' b/c of a total eclipse of the moon.
