It could be any number of things, including thrush... cystitus... A health issue anyway, and nothing whatever to do with personal hygiene. Go and see your GP (doctor if you are outside the UK) and take a urine sample with you. (Saves time & embarrassment and is fine in a jar washed in hot water.)
