When they won't look at you "eye to eye".......

There are lots of techniques for this - they are being used in criminal circumstances. If they look you in the eye, they will blink frequently. If they are asked about events they will have learned what to say in detail no buts, cannot remember etc. and if asked again will quite say exactly the same even to another person.. Some people are more experienced so they will be guarded against seeming over-defensive etc. depends on the circumstances.

It is according to whom that person is sometimes if their lips are moving I know they are lying.

I don't remember catching anyone in a lie. An embellishment perhaps, but not an outright lie. Then again my small circle of dummies with whom I interact with CAN"T lie to me. I know everything about them and they me.
