You know how I do this? I go to retailers who sell many different brands of TV's. I then look at all the pictures on the display TV's and buy according to the quality of the picture and any information I get from the sales person concerning that brand TV. We have no best ratings here for anything. You just need to go and do some window shopping and fact finding on your own and find the TV you think suits your needs best.
