    i can read english good but i can not speaking

      If possible immerse yourself for few months into a place where the only spoken language is English. Keep in mind though that different English is spoken in different places.

        try reading  books, articles, mag that printed in English. Also it helps to assoiciate and surround yourself with English speaking friends/peers/people. Meaning, expose yourself to English language as much as you possibly can. Owe a Webster Dictionary and make a goal to learn at least 1 new vocabs daily. It takes times and years... good luck.

              if you like tv then you need to watch a lot of movies on english but with subtitles
