      Hold down on the CRTL key and tap the - key

        That makes the print smaller, but I still can't get the right margin to show the arrow.

        Your screen has been moved then. Place your cursor on the very right edge of your screen until you see it turn into an arrow. Left click and hold down on the left click and move your mouse to the left.

        I had this problem and I tried Esc (escape) no go I tried "alt" no go so in frustration I pressed F8 F7 F6 and one of them worked, do not know which one as my eyes were shut screaming at the &*&%^)*@! thing.
