my brother have seizures when he drinks it scares the heck out of mr

Yes it can make sure he goes to the Doctor who can put him right either on his medication and and also warn him the danger of over drinking

Yes, if in excess, also some medications can have a reaction with alcohol, increase its effects and cause seizures
