Abstain for a week, then keep your fingers crossed, if it,s for a job,keep off it, you,ll keep your job and your mind.

Best way is to never put it in your system in the first place.  It kills brain cells do you have anymore to spare to lose??????

drink lots of water and if you have a green card show it to them they cant fire you due to your health condition

pickle juice, it's the vinegar in it that really does it my husband used to have to submit to drug tests many years ago. plain vinegar either one will work if you don't have pickles
