No very likely, but they should the price they charge.

$5 worth of pong , $3 worth of glass, Hey guys lets make this glass into a fancy bottle, shove  the pongy stuff in it and we will make a fortune.

I would think even dust would be abrasive. I know that even super small fibers of fiber glass is very annoying and that used to be the old school way of making inching powder. I’m not saying that diamond dust would be the exact same way however what purpose would diamond dust have on a scent? and you sure would not want to spray it on the face to make it glitter that is for sure. I would have to say no.
