    how to calculate diameter of circle if circumference is known

    If  the circumference is knowed,than you just divide pie into to it or 3.14   that will give you the diameter. example suppose the circumfrence is24 in than 24 divided it by 3.14 =7.04 it could be inch,feet, mile. or whatever you want in unit of meassure.
