      You can peirce your own lip but fear from infection and it will be a nasty one I have seen it on my friends Daughter she was on antibioctics for nearly 6 weeks dont risk it go and pay who does this for a living

          Sure you can but it will hurt like hell while you are doing it and after. Spend the bucks and have it done professionally ..............
