My roomate and i got into a fight yesterday and she is trying to kick me out, although i pay half of all expenses and utilities and the electricity is in my name .Can she legally throw me out of our house since my name is not on the lease, or does our verbal agreement hold enough salt to allow me to keep a roof over my head??? please help enlighten me!!!

Yes she has the authority to kick you off the place because she is the one basicly hosting you and landlord will not even talk to you if you are not on the lease. If I were you I would just get out of there, anyway why are you even want to stay with her under same roof, she already prooved that she is not a good person!!!
