    Is anyone else having trouble giving others a TU?

    I click on TU, it goes, I come back to the question later, it didn't go.  I click on it again, it goes, I come back later, same thing.  During the past couple of days, I have give a TU to some, at least 10 times, only to have the same problem repeated.  What's going on?

          Yep,some take and some don't,this has been happening on my end for some time now,I just deal with it and try to TU's the person again later.
