Right click on File and uncheck all toolbars you do not wish to see. This will deactivate them.

If you want to uninstall them completely, do this:

Start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate the toolbar(s), (if it's Bing, it hides under the name conduit or conduit engine) > uninstall

You can only uninstall the toolbars one at a time.
